Frank VanderSloot has a 22 yr track record of sound business. Frank is the winner of the Blue Chip Enterprise award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. His company was listed by Inc. Magazine as one the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies 5 years in a row. Frank was also awarded the U.S. Northwest Entrepreneur of the Year by CNN, USA Today, and Ernst & Young (2001).

Since Melaleuca was first started in 1985 it has grown in annual sales of $850 million and Frank has been there all along. As CEO, Frank VanderSloot built an organization that focused on Eco friendly products that are powered by nature. Yes, that is correct, all natural, fueled by products in nature. All products are safer for the home and are highly effective.

The Melaleuca alternifolia tree is at the root of Melaleuca's success.  The tree was first found in Australia. They extract the oil from the trees and is helpful for a lot of things like  thrust, rashes, eczema, canker sores, herpes simplex and fungus under the nails from women wearing false nails just to mention a few.

Like a lot of other companies are doing today, Frank decided to distribute his products using the direct marketing approach. The concept of direct marketing is performed through marketing products through a catalog.Here is the companies mission, "To enhance the lives of those we touch". They market products that are quality and enhance your lifestyle.

The concept is similar to Sam's Club with charging the customer a membership yearly fee of $29.00. Frank designed the direct marketing in such a way for the Independent Marketing Executive to make a commission check on every person that purchases products from the catalogue. The company proudly states they have over a 95% of customers reordering month after month.

We know about Frank VanderSloot because we were once associates in his company.  He is a good leader, but our only regret is that at the time that we were part of the company, we did not have a very good marketing system. We are miles better at marketing now that we have discovered MLSP.

When we were involved with the company we used the sizzle card system to find new reps. This system did not allow us to build the relationships that we needed.  In addition, the people who were not serious caused us to spend even more money.They called our number, we paid for the call, but they were not serious, only curious.
